Right away, you should see a confirmation by email that we have received your Kit request. If you don't get this email, please contact us because we might not have your correct details.
We will process your Kit request within one or two business days. We'll check if you have an existing customer account in our system, and whether you're eligible for any Loyalty Star discounts. Once we have processed and posted your Kit, you'll receive an email with your log in details so you can track your Kit in the post. You'll also be able to download a digital copy of most of the contents of the Kit so you can get started right away.
